It’s Not Fair!

Writing is powerful.

Writing is powerful.

Assignment:  This post is fairly open to you.  As an extension to the argumentative formal paper you just finished, it is time for you to vent (appropriately and respectfully!) online.  Please choose either the same topic you chose for your argumentative paper or a different social issue.  In other words, please choose an academic, social, political or other current event to vent about.  You will be able to use the less formal guidelines below as opposed to the more formal requirements you needed to adhere to for your argumentative paper:

Audience:  This is important.  Are you venting to your peers?  Are you venting to parents? Teachers?  Politicians?  Make this clear within your first paragraph.

Purpose:  To let your voice be heard.   :-)

Format:   Two paragraphs (the only format requirements you need for this one)

INCLUDE MEDIA:  to help illustrate the advice . . . .  TRY ONE YOU HAVEN’T TRIED BEFORE!  YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL THANK YOU FOR LEARNING IT!
– picture (yours or Creative Commons cited correctly)
– video clip (to verbally communicate a question?)
– Prezi (to lay out question visually?
– Dipity (create a timeline with questions for each part of high school: freshman year, sophomore year, etc)
– Haiku Deck or another picture share (to share pictures of you?  Seniors will best be able to answer if they get a good idea as to who you are.)

How else can you communicate the question in a visually pleasing manner?

Procedure:
